Metadata:
Metadata is usually technical data that is associated with User Content. For example, Metadata can describe how, when and by whom a piece of User Content was collected and how that content is formatted.
Users can add or may have Metadata added to their User Content including a hashtag (e.g., to mark keywords when you post a photo), geotag (e.g., to mark your location to a photo), comments or other data. This makes your User Content more searchable by others and more interactive. If you geotag your photo or tag your photo using other's APIs then, your latitude and longitude will be stored with the photo and searchable (e.g., through a location or map feature) if your photo is made public by you in accordance with your privacy settings.

2. NEARBY LIST AND SWIPE TO GREET LABEL:
If a user grants permission to Greeter to use their location, that user may appear in other user's nearby users list views and may appear with a user interface element with the text: "swipe to greet".  It is implied that they are near enough to meet.  There may be a "hide" switch which a user may use to not appear in other user's nearby lists.

3. TWO WAYS TO GREET
There are at least 2 ways in which a user may be prompted to decide whether to greet another user or not.  (i) Manual Greet: Where one user sees another user in a list and may swipe to greet them.  After swiping, both the swiped user and the swiping user may be prompted with a confirmation view.  (ii) Automatic Greet: If two users are both near and compatible enough, they may both be prompted with an alert that transitions to a greet confirmation view.

4. GREETING PEOPLE
There is at least one way in which users can meet each other using Greeter.  In order to encourage in-person meetings, users locations may be presented on a map with a central (generally) meeting point provided to both users. Before appearing on a map, a user may confirm that they would like to “Greet” the other user.
Greeter may seek confirmation from both parties before both parties locations are displayed on a map. If both users click Greet, the implication is that both users intend to meet each other in the immediate future.
Prior to a Greet, (12.3.17 A Greet is: display a map with both users locations at the time of greeting, and a central meeting point to both users or some method to permit an immediate meet) both users may have the option to reject the greet, via a button that says “No Thanks,” whether one user rejects the greet or the other, the greet may close for both users, and both users views may simultaniously and automatically transition away from information related to the greet and on to views not related to the greet pages.

5. DENIAL OF A GREET
Because Greets can be spontaneous for one user as in a manual greet or both users in an automatic greet.  Both users may be provided with two mechanisms to disable the greeting process for himself/herself and for the other person.

(i) PRIOR TO MUTUAL CONFIRMATION: This is a way to signal that a user does not want to meet the other person prior to both users confirming that they want to meet.  A button may be provided that says: “No thanks”.  If one of the users clicks “No Thanks” that users’ view may transition away from an immediate decision-making pane.  The other user’s view may also transition away from a decision-making pane.

(ii). AFTER MUTUAL CONFIRMATION: This is a way for a user to signal that they have changed their mind, and no longer want to follow through with the greet.   After both users click “Greet”, it is implied that both users want to meet each other, therefore Greeter may present both users with a map that may present both user’s locations at the time of the users’ second confirmation, along with a central meeting point. After both users confirm that they want to meet, Greeter may provide a second opportunity for a single user to disable the greeting process for both users by way of a “Close this Greet” button.  This button may transition both user’s views away from the map to typical views thereby forcibly exiting the greeting process for both users.
